All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery time to Europe is typically:

  • 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local postal services.

Please note that delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions within Europe.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within Europe may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import duties depending on local regulations.

  • Any applicable customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Radielle Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Radielle Beauty is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at our support email.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery status update so we can assist you.

We are committed to ensuring you receive your order and will work with shipping carriers to resolve any issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy 

At Radielle Beauty, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products (such as opened skincare, cosmetics, or personal-use devices) may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide further instructions.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions

  • The item must be shipped back within the timeframe provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products marked as final sale

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
